In Times Of Distress

Psalm 55:17 “Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice. He rescues me unharmed from the battle waged against me, even though many oppose me.”

Point To Ponder: This is from one who experienced relief from God on a personal level. It was written by one, for our benefit, who did not withdraw nor complain. This is from one who did not distress others with gossip, rumors or drama; instead he cried out to God! One thing we gleam from this is distress will come during the evening, morning and the noon day. However; it did not matter the time; because God heard his cry! And, in due time (God’s time), God delivered! Because He doesn’t nor can He change, that same God has, is and shall hear our cry!
